What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We at Kaveri assure you that the highest quality product is showcased on our website. However, if you are not happy with the product, we will exchange it for you or provide store credit if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- The returned product is unused, unworn and the original tags are attached and intact.

Do you customise sizes? If yes, is it charged extra?
Yes, we customise for a perfect fit at no extra charge. Customised sizes can be requested by contacting us via the chat button on the bottom right or clicking on the chat for customisation button on the product page that opens up a Whatsapp chat with our customer service specialists.
How to measure?
Customising requires correct measurements. There are a few easy steps to follow; please go through our “Size Chart" page. Do measure yourself over thin garments keeping the tape level close to the body, but not tight. Do have someone help you, it will be more accurate.
