What are the shipping charges for orders from the Online Shop?
For Domestic shipping Kaveri charges Rs. 150 for the first garment and Rs 75 for every extra garment ordered. International charges are Rs. 750 for the first garment and Rs. 500 for every additional garment.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords.
If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?
If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, call our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at +91 91762 52814 from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST), and we will resolve it for you.
Do you accept International Card?
Yes we do accept AMEX CREDIT CARDS only . For security purposes, an internal upper limit has been issued on the amount of international transaction fixed by our Payment Gateway Partner, which differs from time to time.
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
We deliver most of our orders within 7- 10 days for domestic orders from the date of ordering. But international deliveries varies according depending on where you are ordering from.
How can I cancel my order?

What is your Return & Refund policy?
We assure our customers about the quality of our products purchased by you through our website. However, if you are not happy with the product, we will exchange / refund it for you if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Will tax amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?
Yes tax amount will be refunded on all cancellations.
Do I need to pay tax again in case I exchange an item/order?
No there are no additional charges on the exchange of the same garment for a different size. But taxes will vary if the style is exchanged which is dependent of the price of the garment selected.
What if I need a different size in the same clothing style I have purchased?
Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size, do contact us at email@example.com or call at +91 91762 52814 from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).
If you would like a different size in the same style that you have purchased, not a problem at all! Just send the garment back to us (unused, unworn and with the original tags intact) with instructions on the size you would like and we will send the correct size right back to you.
Do you customize clothes? If yes, is it charged extra?
Yes, we customize for a perfect fit. We don’t charge anything extra for basic length alterations.
What is the procedure for getting clothes customized?
Customized sizes can be requested by contacting us via the chat button on the bottom right or clicking on the chat for customisation button on the product page that opens up a Whatsapp chat with our customer service specialists.
How to measure?
Customizing one’s garments require correct measurements. There are a few easy steps to follow to measure one’s self. Please go through our “Size Chart" page before taking your measurements. Do take measurements over thin garments, keeping the tape level, close to the boy but not tight. You will need help with your measurements especially across back shoulder, armhole, bicep so do have someone else take your measurements for you, it will be more accurate.
Do you retail through physical stores?
We have our flagship outlet in Nungambakkam, Chennai. However, we deliver all across the world through our online store.
