We provide our users with access to our design/label that can be purchased at the price mentioned on the site.
Our designs/ images may not be used by you for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Information collected by us can and shall be used as per our discretion and we take it that your continued usage of our site reflects your agreement to our terms and conditions.
All information collected by Coastal Designer vis our eCommerce platform are used for the continuous improvement in services rendered to our customers.
Returns and Exchange:
We assure our customers about the quality of our products purchased by you through our website. However, if you are not happy with the product, we will exchange / return it for you if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
Please contact our care team within 7 days of receiving the product via email at email@example.com or call at +91 63818 64035 from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund. This will be processed within 7 business days. Any refund will be made in the original method of payment.
We can only accept cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order. We will give you a full refund in the original method of payment.
Registration on Kaveri website:
By subscribing, customers agree to be communicated by us via email and sms to facilitate the services provided by us. We may communicate promotional offers periodically and as and when required.

Information that you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

Shipping charges as mentioned in the bill borne by the customers. Kaveri takes responsibility for sending customer goods in good condition.
Any returns to Kaveri is the responsibility of the customer and damage/misplacement of the goods in transit will not be borne by Kaveri.
